We will be walking along the Basingstoke Canal and surrounding countryside to see what wildlife we can find. With the leaves off the trees we should be able to see more birds. Wrap up warm and wear sensible shoes as it may be muddy or slippy. Meet at the Barley Mow car park in Winchfield (Grid ref SU 777 537. Postcode RG27 8DE)

Fri 8th Feb Flight (Indoor)
7-8:30pm Flapping, gliding, soaring, hovering - how many ways are there to fly? We'll be looking at some of the flying wildlife in this fun indoor meeting.
Sun 10th Feb Conservation Task (Outdoor)
10-11:30am
Time to get dirty again and join the Farnham Park rangers for a work party. This is a great opportunity to learn about managing wild spaces and tremendous fun for all the family too.  Meet at 9:50am for a 10am start at the Ranger's house car park off Folly Hill (SU 836 478). There is limited parking space, so please car share and be prepared to park by the cricket club and be ferried up the hill if it runs out. Welly boots and gardening gloves will be required and do wrap up warm with a hat and waterproofs.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for this meeting.

If you go down to the woods today... what will you find? Join us and you will see just how varied the woodland wildlife can be.

We will be making plaster cast tracks of animal footprints at this very popular meeting. Meet at the Velmead Community Centre, Danvers Drive, Zebon Copse (GU52 0YN). Please let us know you are coming so we can make sure we have enough materials.
